The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, have taken their campaign train to Jos, Plateau, where a mammoth crowd gave them a rousing welcome.
The duo is expected to have a meeting with Gbong Gwom Jos, HRM Jacob Buba, and also join the solidarity rally on the invitation of the Middle Belt Forum.
Posting photographs of his arrival with his running mate to his verified Twitter handle, Obi wrote, “Arriving Jos with Dr Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, to meet with Gbong Gwom Jos, HRM Jacob Gyang Buba, and also honour the invitation of the Middle Belt Forum to a solidarity rally.

The 2023 political campaign begins today, Wednesday, September 28, as stipulated in the guidelines of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
