  1. Open the Instagram app and click on the Profile option
  2. Next, tap on the three-bar signs at the top of the screen
  3. Click on the Settings option and you will be able to see a long list of menus
  4. From the drop-down menu, press on the Tap Activity and you will be able to view your average time spent on the app

If you have checked, and your screen time on Instagram choke you, redemption is pretty easy, the following five steps can help guide you.

  1. Open the Instagram app and click on the Profile option.
  2. Next, tap on the three-bar signs at the top of the screen.
  3. Now, click on Your Activity, from the list.
  4. Click on Set Daily Reminder and choose the amount of time you want to use the app for and press Set Reminder.
  5. Finally, press the OK option.

If you can’t just be bothered by your time on Instagram, explore away.
