The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has enjoined Nigerians to provide feedback on his performance as minister.

Amaechi further provided an email, chibuikeamaechi128@gmail.com, where Nigerians can send feedback on his performance as Transport minister.

Amaechi made the call in a statement personally signed by him saying, ”he is taking the step to enable Nigerians to appraise his ministry’s performance since November 2015, when he assumed office following his appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari.”

The Minister continued; ”I have remained committed to the mandate of the ministry to revamp the dilapidated railway and moribund maritime sector, which are key means of transportation and a major source of revenue for the nation.

”However, we understand the need for appraisal and so desire to know from the citizenry how we have fared, being that we are accountable to you. Your feedback on the performance of the ministry is important to us. We desire to know where you feel we have succeeded or are succeeding, where we should improve, and or where you feel we are failing or have failed.”

Amaechi said he was grateful to President Buhari for the opportunity given to him to serve as the Minister of Transportation.
