President Muhammadu Buhari has been told that Peter Nwachukwu was culpable in the death of his wife Osinachi Nwachukwu, according to Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen.
Award-winning gospel singer, Osinachi, died on April 8, 2022 at the age of 42, from what was suspected to be throat cancer.
However, the media has been awash with revelations that she was a victim of domestic violence and that she had suffered in silence until her passing.

“I have spoken with Mr President on this and he is committed and we will follow it to the letter. The IG (Inspector General of Police) is also involved,” she adds.
Mr. Nwachukwu has since been arrested.
