*Says “they should be having rallies of apologies rather than campaigning for 2023”
Erudite scholar and chieftain of the Labour Party, LP, Prof Pat Utomi, says both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its rival, All Progressives Congress (APC) should apologise to Nigerians for their misrule.
He said the two political parties (APC and PDP) have disappointed many by failing to live up to expectations.
Professor Utomi made the assertion while speaking with some journalists in Lagos during the inauguration ceremony of excos and national pre-flag off of Peter Obi and Datti presidential campaign by Director-General, Dr Derek Omoleh.

“APC and PDP should be having rallies of apologies by now. That is all they should be doing but they have the courage to actually be talking about campaigning for 2023.
“Thankfully, the spirit of Nigeria rose up in these young men. That young Nigerians have been convinced and committed to the good cause,” he said.
In his remarks, the Labour Party standard-bearer, Peter Obi, encouraged the group to give in their best for the betterment of Nigeria.
“I encourage you (referring to the newly-inaugurated excos) to give in your best in this service to Nigeria and it would never be forgotten.
“As we plan to hit the villages, streets, local governments, States, and so on, rest assured that you have my physical, emotional, resourceful support,” he said.
