In a world of leadership, followers play a vital role in choosing or selecting their leaders at different levels of governance. The leaders act like one specific type of snake (green in colour) that hide under green grass, without any significant effect at the time of approach, you pack the grass and take it to your house with the snake inside for your innocent sheep to feed on.
At the time you are resting the snake will now sneak out from the grass and relocate to your bedroom, at the material time you are resting at night that’s when it will strike you silently without any conflict then you die secretly and silently.
The majority of our leaders pretend and claim to be good, at the time they are seeking any political positions, but to our greatest disappointment they used to be like that particular snake, Some claim to be holy and to an extent of crying in public thinking that they have the society at heart but the reality is they are crying for you because they have a sense of idea and negative plans they are having in mind for you to suffer.

They will block all means of happiness that you can imagine, because of personal greediness and inhumane character.
If you chose to express your mind they will use all security forces to fight you by tagging you a criminal which is so unfortunate.
If you join them thinking that you can advise them they will tag you as someone who doesn’t understand what is life.
If you write to them officially, their secretaries will not submit to them, because they have given them instructions on what to do, and in most cases, they have similar characters with their workers.
If you publicise on media, the society will turn against you saying you are fighting the government, why can’t you go and talk to them.
If you seek permission to meet them, they will not grant you time to discuss productive issues.
If you insist they will claim they have a long queue outside you should be brief.
If you insist they will ask you to go back and write it as a project and submit it back.
If you leave that office they will never meet you again.
They tend to play a trick by giving you a complimentary card.
You should understand that they can have 3 different colours of complimentary cards: Blue for those that can be allowed to enter at any time of their need. Grey for those that will be kept in the waiting room for 7 hours with all sorts of entertainment.
Red for those that will be kept and forgot about till when you feel exhausted and walk away on your own, they will not give you any attention, you will be hungry and think of food, you will go and find what to eat when you come back they will tell you the boss has been waiting for you but come another day, that’s the position of those who are always advocating for good governance.
Having said all, it’s high time for society to wake up from our deep slumbering state and have a rethink.
- Never listen to anyone who is advocating for choosing or electing a leader because of his/ her political party NEVER TRY THAT AGAIN. We have learned from our current situation.
- Always go for personality and based on the consensus of good people in your community and based on the humanitarian service/s rendered by that person before thinking of his political plans.
NB: Our spiritual leaders have it all but, there are a lot of issues in spiritual ministries which is another topic of discussion, for now, we want you to be united first then we know that we are sorted because the majority of you are the ones pushing us to support corrupted leaders in disguise.
We are ready to support any reasonable, sensible, intellectual, and competent person provided he/she has fulfilled all our criteria for good governance, the way we supported someone with our money, energy, and ideas.
- Delegate you are contributing 50% of our problems because our problems begin from a primary election where the richest among the whole candidates wins to be the candidate of that particular party, he paid you to vote for him, and he emerges as the winner but he keeps ill-treating people like animals(green Snake) Delegate think of the future of your children, they will never forgive you.
- Security agencies you are at the lowest rank how much is your salary? How much are your rental apartments? How much are you paying for your school children? How much do you spend on buying foodstuff? How much are you paying for healthcare services? Is that the reason why you are supporting injustice in your country? Is that the reason you are oppressing innocent civilians? The question goes to all government parastatals, why can’t we think of good governance all the time from the grassroots level to the topmost position in the country?
- Youth that always serve as the majority of any nation what are we doing? We need to understand that these people are not ready for our future, their minds are not within the scope of humanity, and they are not using their brains effectively and efficiently, I want you to love each other and come back to reality.
The same youth are the set of people that have the highest population, and voting capacity, the same group is the one working in all electoral processes, the same people play roles as political thugs, the same youth are in all security agencies, and the same youth are in different leadership positions of any lower-ranking offices, the same youth are unemployed, the same youth are drug users, the same youth are causing unrest in our society, why? let’s be honest with ourselves and help the future by following and supporting only good leaders.

- Why do you think of religious differences, tribalism, cultural diversity, and regional displacement when we are talking of one Nation? Keep your religion within you and your God, we need to accept each other as human beings, not anything else, let’s come and embrace each other with sincerity, forget about those that will ginger you to come outside and cause confusion while their children are not even within the country, but we are harming innocent and poor citizens that are seeking what to eat only.
Wake up and observe those green snakes, make sure you left them where they belong, and push them outside our society; we don’t need them in our homes and offices because they are not human beings. After all, they are harmful to our development and productivity.
May God be our guide and grant us wisdom to accept and understand the reality of life.
