The Super Eagles of Nigeria brought a goal-shy Africa Cup of Nations to life on Saturday, as they defeated Sudan’s Falcons 3-1, to go through to the knockout stages.
Samuel Chukwueze, Taiwo Awoniyi, and Moses Simon, were all on the scoresheet.

Walieldin Khedr in the 70th minute to the end of the game, sealed off the consolation goal for the Falcons to make the final score 3-1.
Nigeria will be taking on Guinea Bissau next week, January 19, in their final group matches of the tournament.
Nigeria now join the likes of Cameroon and Morocco to compete for the Round of 16.
