Moments after the Nigerian Police announced the arrests of suspects manipulating BVAS machines, there is an allegation on social media that Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila owns the building from which the suspects were operating.
Despite allegations of BVAS manipulation, Gbajabiamila storms Tinubu’s home in anticipation of INEC’s results announcement
Gbajabiamila has led other All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders to the residence of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, ahead of the announcement of election results by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) tomorrow.

Recall that social media influencer Jackson Ude asserted on his verified Twitter handle that the BVAS manipulators were arrested at the Speaker’s residence.
Ude tweeted “Speaker of the House of Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila, a Bola Tinubu ally, allegedly owns the No. 15, Ganges Street, Maitama, Abuja House, where the Police arrested people and recovered several BVAS machines, laptops, Desktops and other technology materials used in rigging the elections.”
The development came after operatives of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) arrested some people and recovered Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) machines and other devices allegedly at Gajabiamila’s residence in Maitama, Abuja.
The suspects were apprehended by police in a sting operation on Ghandji Street in the Maitama district of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The suspects have since been arrested and are being investigated for illegal possession and suspected manipulation of the BVAS.
The INEC’s declaration of presidential election results is still ongoing, with Tinubu leading after the announcement of 34 states as of press time.
