There’s been plenty of controversy over the wetness seen around Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s backside, as the 2023 presidential aspirant visited four paramount traditional rulers in Ogun State last weekend.
This has literally been the week when Tinubu’s bum–of all things–broke the internet.
Some media houses and social media influencers have alleged that the 69-year-old former Governor of Lagos, is probably suffering from a medical condition called ‘Chronic Urinary Incontinence.’
Urinary incontinence occurs when an individual loses control of his bladder. It is a common and often embarrassing condition afflicting mostly senior citizens.
When urinary incontinence strikes, urine gushes out when you cough or sneeze, without your say-so.
Political Twitter has encircled the brown patch around Tinubu’s bum on the day, as evidence that he’s lost control of his bladder.
Not so, says the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Support Groups Management Council (BAT–SGMC).

In a statement signed by Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, Director of Media and Publicity of the SGMC, the support group says the brown watery patch on Tinubu’s brown agbada on the day was a photo-shop.
The statement reads in part; “The Asiwaju Tinubu recorded at these high level visitations to top traditional rulers had again led enemies of progress, the brewers of hate, discord and disharmony to script a dirty tale to discredit this awesome outing. This time it is that he wetted the dress.
“Assuming without conceding that is the case, so is it the back of his knees that would be wet and not the bum area? So if he wetted his babariga, he would not cover it and would still move to lie flat to greet the Awujale of Ijebu-land in the full glare of everyone present?

“It was the usual photoshop manipulations and shallow mental agility that pushed them to dispense a feeble narrative that made no iota of sense.”
Tinubu declared his intention to run for President in 2023, at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa on January 10, 2022.
