Air Peace Airline, on Monday, announced the gifting of free flight tickets to the 11-year-old Nigerian gymnast, Stephanie Onusiriuka.
Stephanie who recently won a Gold Medal at the Junior Olympics Level of the African Club Championship in Pretoria, will now have free flights to any Air Peace destination for her training and competitions.
Air Peace disclosed this in a series of tweets on Monday.

“Congratulations to Stephanie Onusiriuka, an 11-year-old Nigerian who recently won a Gold Medal at the Junior Olympics Level of the African Club Championship in Pretoria.
“Stephanie has also earned one million naira and free flights to Air Peace destinations for trainings and competitions, courtesy of our Chairman, Allen Onyema. Supporting young talent, especially in sports, is part of our CSR orientation,” the tweet read.
Meanwhile, the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, in his congratulatory message to the 11-year-old Stephanie, said the ministry’s persistent attention to grassroots sports development was mirrored in the teenager’s huge success at the continental Championship.
A teen sensation, Stephanie started professional Gymnastics with TIG Gymnastics at the National Stadium, Abuja in October 2018 and participated at the 8th Edition TIG International Level System Gymnastics Championship Competition.
At the 2019 National Youth Games in Ilorin, she grabbed several silver and bronze medals to become Nigeria’s youngest medalist in Gymnastics. Her young career has continued to grow in leaps and bounds since then.
