At least five members of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state have reportedly feared dead in a boat accident along Gbaramatu-Warri river.
Quest Times gathered that some others are presently in hospital receiving treatment from injuries sustained in the incident that occurred on Tuesday night.
The boat accident was said to have involved party members and supporters as they were returning from the party’s Governorship rally held earlier in the day in Okerenkoko and Ugborodo towns in Warri South West Local Government Area.
A commercial boat traveling in the opposite direction rammed into the boat carrying the APC loyalists thus resulting in the capsize, according to sources.
