A 3-day-old baby has been been rescued after she was found abandoned in freezing cold temperature of -20°c.
Five teenagers had stumbled on the baby which was put in an egg box in the Siberia region of Russia.
Emergency services were called in, which confirmed that the baby is hale and hearty.
It remains unclear who the mother of the child is or why she abandoned her.
The parents of the teenagers that found the baby have expressed their interest in adopting the baby.
Police has however opened an investigation into what happened.
