Chairman of the presidential Screening Committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, John Odigie-Oyegun, on Friday, said former President Goodluck Jonathan was not part of those screened.
Oyegun disclosed this to newsmen shortly after submitting the report of his committee’s screening of the APC presidential aspirants.
Although some groups bought forms for Jonathan, the former Nigerian leader did not complete the forms, neither was he interviewed, Chief Oyegun added.

Quest Times earlier reported that the APC Screening Committee on Friday, submitted the report of its exercise to the hierarchy of the party of which 10 aspirants were disqualified, but their names have not been revealed yet.
The APC sold 28 Nomination and Declaration of Interest forms for the presidential election, with 25 of them filled and returned to the party.
The ruling party’s presidential primary election is slated for Monday, June 6 to Wednesday, June 8.
